Hey aarjoo, yes, you should start with cleaning your room first, reading this made me realise that even my room needs to organised, maybe then, atleast the room will be cleaner for us to calm our mind and soul... You are not alone gurl!!! 🙌🙌

Step 1 and one of the most difficult is to acknowledge it. That you've done.

So next up, I'm pretty sure you'll figure out and come out of this slump.

And this happens to a lot. Take your time, there is no deadline. Start small and acknowledge all the small efforts and positive things you are doing.

And yes like everyone says, cleaning helps :)

Yes, rearrange everything and make it like a safe haven. Fill it with lovely things you want to see, because when things are out of sight gradually it turns out of mind. Read books that are productively warming: Days at Morisaki Bookstore (must-read).
